We wanted to share a few of the latest updates we’ve added to Cadence Calendar over the past month.
We’ve rolled out an updated calendar experience with a cleaner design and a more modern layout. It’s built to feel faster, easier to scan, and more intuitive to use throughout the day, whether you’re reviewing your schedule, managing lessons, or checking upcoming events.
We’ve made several improvements to appointments to make scheduling smoother for both you and your families. The appointment experience is now more polished, easier to manage, and better connected to the rest of your workflow. Families can book with more confidence, and it’s easier for you to keep everything organized once an appointment is scheduled.
If you use Google Calendar with Cadence Calendar, you can now choose which Google Calendar your events should be written to. This gives you more control over how your schedule is organized and makes it easier to keep your personal and teaching calendars set up the way you want.
We’ve also fixed an issue affecting Google Calendar and Gmail connection persistence. That means your connected integrations should now stay connected more reliably, helping reduce interruptions and making syncing more dependable over time.
We added grade level automation to help schools and studios keep student grade progression current without manual updates. If you manage grade levels year to year, this helps keep student records accurate and saves time during busy admin seasons.
Workflows now support text message reminders, giving you another way to reach families with timely lesson communication. This is helpful for keeping reminders short, direct, and easy to see when an email is more than you need.
We’ve expanded the help documentation at support.cadencecalendar.com/docs so it’s easier to find answers when you need them. You can also ask for AI-assisted responses to help you get to the right answer faster.
If Cadence Calendar has been helpful, I’d really appreciate it if you shared it with a friend, colleague, or another teacher who might benefit from it.
As a thank-you, you’ll get a $20 credit toward your subscription when someone signs up through your referral.
