<h1>What is a Group?</h1>Groups in Cadence Calendar let you organize students any way you like—by class, day, instrument, level, teacher, or anything else that fits your studio. A group is simply a named collection of students with an optional color to help you spot them quickly on the calendar.<h1>Why use Groups?</h1><ul class="accent-bullets"><li>Visual organization: Pick a group color and see it on your Cadence calendar for instant recognition.</li><li>Two-way sync friendly: If you’ve enabled Google Calendar two-way sync, your group colors carry over so events are consistently colored in Google too.</li><li>Faster communication: Groups bundle contact info so you can message a whole group (e.g., email reminders or updates) without hunting for individual addresses.</li><li>Scheduling clarity: Quickly filter or scan lessons/events by group to plan days or manage conflicts.</li></ul><blockquote>Tip: Students can part of multiple groups at the same time.</blockquote><h1></h1>
