Recurring charges create billing records on a schedule instead of as one-time charges. They are useful when the same account should be charged repeatedly for tuition, studio fees, or another repeating service.
This article is for teachers and organization admins who need a repeating charge setup for one account or a set of accounts.
Recurring charges are managed from the account page in the Recurring Charges section.
You can also create them from the charge form by turning on This is a recurring charge.
When you create a recurring charge, you choose:

Finite recurring charges end on a specific date.
When you choose a finite schedule, you can either:
Finite recurring charges are best when you already know how long the billing should continue.
Indefinite recurring charges do not need a date until.
Instead, Cadence Calendar stores the schedule as a recurring template and generates charges ahead of time using a rolling horizon.
This is helpful when you want a charge to continue until you manually stop it.
For indefinite recurring charges, you can choose how many months ahead Cadence Calendar should generate charges.
Once saved, recurring charges appear in the account page as schedule cards.

If nothing has been generated yet, the card will show that the schedule starts on the selected start date.
From the account page, you can:
Deleting a recurring charge removes the schedule and also removes any future generated charge transactions that have not yet occurred.
