View transaction history

The Transactions page shows the money activity tied to your studio or account. It is the place to review charges, payments, and the description attached to each record.

What you can see

The transaction table shows:

• the transaction date
• the amount
• the transaction type
• the description

Each row represents one recorded financial event.

How to use the page

You can narrow the list with filters such as:

• transaction type
• date range
• account

You can also use search to find a specific transaction and export the results as CSV when you need a record outside Cadence Calendar.

What the main transaction types mean

• Charge: money that was added to an account balance
• Payment: money that was received and applied to an account

When a charge and a payment are both present, they help you follow the balance over time.

What creates transactions

Transactions can be created when Cadence Calendar records billing activity such as:

• lesson charges
• event charges
• recurring charge occurrences
• family payments
• Auto-Pay payments once Stripe collects them

What to watch for

• If you do not see the transaction you expect, check the date range and account filter first.
• If the table is empty, there may be no transactions in the selected window.
• A future recurring charge may not appear yet if it has not been generated.
• A payment may be visible even when the related invoice or account item was handled through a different page.

If you are looking for a schedule rather than a generated transaction, check the Recurring Charges section on the account page.

That section shows the template, the status, and the next generated billing window.
