Open the Documents Page
Sign in to Cadence Calendar.
In the left navigation, select Documents.
Create a Folder (Optional)
Click New folder.
Enter a folder name, pick an optional parent folder, and choose a color.
Click Save to add it to your folder tree.
Upload a Document
Click Upload.
Select a file from your computer
Folder: Choose where the file will live. Access level: • View only – students can read online. • View & download – students can save a copy.
Description (optional): Add instructions or context (up to 500 characters).
Sharing:
Toggle Share with all students if everyone should have access.
Otherwise, choose who can see it:
Students: search, select, or clear specific names.
Groups: share with full ensembles or families. A counter shows how many are selected.
Upload and Confirm
Click Upload document and wait for the success message. If you reach the 10 GB limit, delete older or larger files and try again.
Manage Documents Later
Each file’s dropdown menu lets you
Move it to another folder.
Manage permissions (edit who can view or download).
Edit details (title, description, access level).
Delete if it’s no longer needed.
