Events are time blocks that aren’t tied to specific students or lesson billing. Use them for studio closures, admin time, rehearsals, recitals, or any non-lesson work you still want on your schedule. Unlike lessons, events don’t track attendance or create lesson transactions—but they can track income you earn that’s outside of lessons (e.g., a wedding gig, accompanist fee, workshop honorarium).
Events can include one or more time slots, each with its own date, start/end time, and amount. This lets you:
Log a single paid engagement, or
Add multiple dates for a project and enter an amount per date
Optionally mark each event as Paid when you’ve received the money
Example: A three-day workshop—add three event dates, each with its own start/end and fee.
