Calendar and lessons

The calendar shows your lessons in your teacher's timezone, not your device timezone. That keeps everyone looking at the same schedule.

What you can see

• past lessons
• upcoming lessons
• the lesson time in your teacher's timezone
• attendance for past lessons
• open appointment slots, if your teacher shares them

What you can do

• switch between month and week views
• open a lesson to see its details
• cancel a lesson if your teacher allows cancellation and the lesson is still inside the policy window
• book an available appointment slot by choosing a student, when appointment booking is enabled
• hide appointment time slots if you only want to see lessons

Important notes

• past lessons cannot be cancelled
• if a lesson is already cancelled, it stays cancelled
• booking an appointment only works when your teacher has opened that time slot to families
• the portal always uses the teacher's timezone for these times
