Calendar and lessons
The calendar shows your lessons in your teacher's timezone, not your device timezone. That keeps everyone looking at the same schedule.
What you can see
- past lessons
- upcoming lessons
- the lesson time in your teacher's timezone
- attendance for past lessons
- open appointment slots, if your teacher shares them
What you can do
- switch between month and week views
- open a lesson to see its details
- cancel a lesson if your teacher allows cancellation and the lesson is still inside the policy window
- book an available appointment slot by choosing a student, when appointment booking is enabled
- hide appointment time slots if you only want to see lessons
Important notes
- past lessons cannot be cancelled
- if a lesson is already cancelled, it stays cancelled
- booking an appointment only works when your teacher has opened that time slot to families
- the portal always uses the teacher's timezone for these times
