Calendar and lessons

The calendar shows your lessons in your teacher's timezone, not your device timezone. That keeps everyone looking at the same schedule.

What you can see

switch between month and week views
open a lesson to see its details
cancel a lesson if your teacher allows cancellation and the lesson is still inside the policy window
book an available appointment slot by choosing a student, when appointment booking is enabled
hide appointment time slots if you only want to see lessons

past lessons cannot be cancelled
if a lesson is already cancelled, it stays cancelled
booking an appointment only works when your teacher has opened that time slot to families
the portal always uses the teacher's timezone for these times
