Appointment types let families book time with you using predefined durations, availability, and booking rules. Each type gets its own shareable link and can be turned on or off at any time.<hr><h2 class="font-semibold mb-1 mt-1.5 text-sm leading-snug">Create a New Appointment Type</h2><ol class="steps-list"><li>Open Appointments<ul class="accent-bullets"><li>Click Appointments in the sidebar.</li></ul></li><li>Create a type<ul class="accent-bullets"><li>Click Create to open the new appointment form.</li><li>Set the Name, Duration, and Timezone.</li><li>Adjust Minimum notice and Max days ahead as needed.</li></ul></li><li>Save<ul class="accent-bullets"><li>Click Create Appointment Type.</li></ul></li></ol><hr><h2 class="font-semibold mb-1 mt-1.5 text-sm leading-snug">Edit an Appointment Type</h2><ol class="steps-list"><li>Open the appointment type you want to edit.</li><li>Update the Name, Duration, Timezone, or booking rules.</li><li>Click Save changes.</li></ol><hr><h2 class="font-semibold mb-1 mt-1.5 text-sm leading-snug">Set Availability</h2>Availability controls which days and times are bookable for that appointment type.<ol class="steps-list"><li>Use Weekly hours to set your standard schedule.</li><li>Add Date-specific hours to override a single day.</li></ol><hr><h2 class="font-semibold mb-1 mt-1.5 text-sm leading-snug">Share or Disable</h2><ol class="steps-list"><li>Use the Copy link button to share a booking link.</li><li>Toggle Active off to hide the link without deleting the type.</li></ol>
