In Cadence Calendar, an account represents a family or household that has one or more students. Accounts serve as the billing and contact entity for all connected students.
Each account can have multiple students tied to it.
The primary contact is the main email and phone number used for billing and communication.
A student can also be set as the primary contact if needed (for example, adult students managing their own account).
Think of accounts as the umbrella for all financial and contact details, while the students under that account represent the individual lessons and schedules.
