Use Settings → Account Portal to control exactly what families see and can do in the Account Portal. Changes save as you toggle them.
Enable Sign-Up Form: Turns on a public student sign-up page tied to your studio.
Sign-Up Form Link: Open your unique link to share with families.
Additional Required Fields: Choose extra fields (e.g., student/parent email or phone) that must be filled out.
Default Student Status: Set new sign-ups to Active or Waiting.
Message & Success Message: Rich-text editors for a welcome note on the form and a confirmation message after submission.
Display Profile Photo: Show or hide your profile image in the portal header.
Can Edit: Allow families to update primary and secondary contact information.
Can Edit: Let families edit student name and contact details.
Show Default Lesson Pricing: Display each student’s billing type and default lesson price/duration.
Show Next Lesson: Display the upcoming lesson per student.
Allow Cancellation: Let families cancel the next scheduled lesson.
Cancellation Window: Require cancellations X hours before the start time to take effect.
Display Notes: Show read-only lesson notes to families.
Display Unpaid Invoices / Display Paid Invoices: Choose which invoice lists appear.
Allow Online Payments: Expose online payment options on unpaid invoices (if enabled in your payments setup).
Show Payment History: Display a read-only ledger of payments and adjustments.
