Where: Notes → open a note → Share (arrow icon)
Options
Send SMS (if the student has a phone number): opens your messaging app with the note in the body.
Send Email (if the student has an email): opens your mail app with the note in the body.
Copy Text: copies the note to your clipboard (you’ll see a “Copied!” toast)
Tip: If you don’t see SMS or Email, add the student’s contact details to their student or account profile first.
Note: Notes can also be viewed directly by families in the Account Portal (if your teacher settings allow notes to be displayed).
