Open Settings → Calendar to manage how your calendar displays and syncs with Google Calendar.
Connected calendar:
If you have your Google account connected, you’ll see the Google Calendar account that is currently linked. Events and lessons in Cadence Calendar stay in sync with this calendar, so all your schedules remain unified.
Set start and end times:
Choose the calendar start time and end time to control which hours display by default when you open your calendar view.
For example, if you only teach between 9 AM and 7 PM, you can set these as your start and end times so your calendar focuses on your working hours instead of showing a full 24-hour day.
Show or hide weekends:
Use the Show weekends checkbox to decide whether weekends appear on your calendar.
Teachers who don’t schedule on Saturdays or Sundays often prefer to hide weekends for a cleaner view.
Save your settings:
Click Save to apply changes. Once updated, you’ll see a confirmation message that your settings were saved successfully.
Why it matters:
Adjusting calendar settings makes your schedule easier to navigate by showing the times and days that actually matter to your teaching business. It helps you stay focused and reduces visual clutter so you can plan lessons more effectively.
