The Integrations section in Cadence Calendar allows you to connect the platform to the tools you already use for scheduling, payments, meetings, and communication. These connections reduce duplication and help your practice run from one central system rather than across several disconnected tools.
Integrations make it possible for Cadence Calendar to exchange information with external services such as:
Stripe and PayPal for payment processing
Calendly for scheduling workflows
Google Calendar for calendar sync and conflict checking
Gmail and related email services for delivery and communication
other connected services depending on your setup
These integrations are useful because they keep your operational workflow connected to the tools your team or clients already rely on.
Under Personal Integrations, Google Calendar and Gmail each have their own card with a Connected or Not connected tag. They are separate connections, so you can:
connect Google Calendar without giving Cadence access to your inbox
connect Gmail without giving Cadence access to your calendars
disconnect either one independently, at any time, from its own card
Disconnecting Google Calendar stops Cadence from checking that account for conflicts or adding new events to it. Disconnecting Gmail stops Cadence from sending or reading mail through that account.
When your systems are connected properly, the result is fewer manual steps and fewer opportunities for errors. For example:
payment data can flow into your invoice workflow
calendar events can stay synchronized across tools
meeting links and scheduling tools can be used without extra copying and pasting
communication can be routed through the right email account
This is especially valuable for busy practices because it reduces repetitive admin work.
Payment integrations allow you to accept and process payments through the tools your business already uses. These can be especially important if your invoices need to support online payments or if your studio has a preferred processor.
Calendar integrations help connect Cadence Calendar with external scheduling or calendar systems. This makes it easier to keep your teaching schedule aligned with your daily obligations and reduces conflicts.
Communication integrations support tools such as email services that power automated messages. These are essential for making sure reminders, invoice notices, and account communications arrive in the right place.
Before enabling or updating an integration, review the following:
whether the connection is active and authorized
which account or workspace the integration should target
whether the integration should be used for production workflows or only testing
whether the integration affects billing, reminders, or calendar events
Connect only the tools you actively use.
Review each integration regularly to confirm it is still working.
Keep your payment and communication integrations consistent with your operating process.
Test important workflows after adding or changing an integration.
Integrations settings allow Cadence Calendar to work alongside the other tools in your business. When configured properly, they reduce manual effort and make the platform more useful in the context of your existing systems.
