Active
Active students are those you regularly schedule lessons for. They will appear anywhere you need to add students.
Note: At least one active student is required for an account to appear on the Accounts page.
Inactive
Inactive students are no longer scheduled for lessons, but their history is preserved. This includes invoices, lessons, billing records, and transactions. Marking a student as inactive simply hides them from being scheduled in the future.
Waiting
Waiting students are pending approval before becoming active. This status is often used for students who sign up through your personal sign-up form and are waiting for you to confirm their account details.
There are two ways to update student status:
From the Students Table
Go to the Students page.
Find the student you want to update and click the menu button next to their name.
Select Set Status from the dropdown, then choose the new status.
Bulk Update Multiple Students
On the Students page, check the boxes next to the students you want to update.
A bulk action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click Set Status.
In the dialog that appears, select the new status for all selected students.
