<h2>Student Status Types</h2><ul class="accent-bullets"><li>ActiveActive students are those you regularly schedule lessons for. They will appear anywhere you need to add students.<blockquote>Note: At least one active student is required for an account to appear on the Accounts page.</blockquote></li><li>InactiveInactive students are no longer scheduled for lessons, but their history is preserved. This includes invoices, lessons, billing records, and transactions. Marking a student as inactive simply hides them from being scheduled in the future.</li><li>WaitingWaiting students are pending approval before becoming active. This status is often used for students who sign up through your personal sign-up form and are waiting for you to confirm their account details.</li></ul><hr><h2>How to Update Student Status</h2>There are two ways to update student status:<ol class="steps-list"><li>From the Students Table<ul class="accent-bullets"><li>Go to the Students page.</li><li>Find the student you want to update and click the menu button next to their name.</li><li>Select Set Status from the dropdown, then choose the new status.</li></ul></li><li>Bulk Update Multiple Students<ul class="accent-bullets"><li>On the Students page, check the boxes next to the students you want to update.</li><li>A bulk action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.</li><li>Click Set Status.</li><li>In the dialog that appears, select the new status for all selected students.</li></ul></li></ol>
