Invoices and payment history

Use this page to review what you owe and what you have already paid.

Unpaid invoices

If your teacher shows unpaid invoices, you can review:

• the amount
• the due date
• the invoice details
• whether online payment is available

If online payment is turned on, you may see a Pay Online button. That opens a separate payment page.

Paid invoices

You can also view invoices that have already been paid.

Payment history

If your teacher shows payment history, you can review past charges, payments, and other transaction activity.

If Auto-Pay is active

If your family is on Auto-Pay, a payment may happen automatically each month.

That means:

• you may not need to pay the invoice manually
• the payment history may update after Stripe confirms the recurring charge
• the invoice may show as paid once the payment is processed

What affects what you see

• online payment only appears when your teacher has connected a supported payment method and allowed online payments
• if there are no unpaid invoices, you may only see paid history or payments
• zero-dollar invoices do not need online payment
