Organization dashboard

The Organization dashboard is the main overview page for leadership and staff who need a quick snapshot of what is happening across the organization. It gives you a high-level view of schedules, outstanding work, recent activity, and items that need attention.

What the dashboard is for

Use the dashboard when you want to answer questions like:

• What is happening today or this week?
• Which students, families, or staff members need attention?
• Are there upcoming lessons, appointments, or tasks that should be reviewed?
• Is there any billing, staffing, or operational follow-up that needs to happen?

The dashboard is designed to help you stay proactive rather than react to problems after they build up.

What you should review first

When you open the dashboard, start with the most time-sensitive information:

• upcoming lessons and appointments
• calendar activity for the day or week
• pending tasks or follow-up items
• any billing or payment-related items that need attention
• staff availability or scheduling conflicts

This gives you a reliable picture of the organization’s current workload before you dive into detail.

How to use the dashboard in daily workflows

Monitor upcoming work

If you manage a team or run a busy studio, the dashboard helps you see what is coming up next. You can quickly identify:

• lessons that need to be staffed
• classes or appointments that are approaching
• follow-up items that should be completed before the next day begins

This keeps scheduling and operations from slipping through the cracks.

Use it for coordination

The dashboard is especially useful for managers who need to coordinate people and schedules. Instead of opening many screens, you can use the dashboard to confirm:

• who is scheduled
• where the workload is concentrated
• which items need to be assigned or reassigned
• what needs to happen before the next billing or planning cycle

Best practices

• Review the dashboard at the start of each day or week.
• Use it as a triage view for scheduling, staffing, and follow-up work.
• Treat it as a place to spot issues early rather than only after they become urgent.
• Combine dashboard review with the calendar, tasks, and billing tools when you need deeper detail.

Summary

The Organization dashboard helps you stay on top of the business by showing the most important information in one place. It is best used as a daily overview tool for planning, coordination, and early problem detection.
