Open Settings → Profile to manage your public info that appears on invoices, emails, and in the account portal.
Update your name: Enter your display name in the Name field. This name is shown to families and on documents. Click Save to apply.
Set your timezone: Use Timezone to pick where you operate. Dates/times across lessons, invoices, reminders, and the account portal will display in this timezone. Click Save.
Add/Change your profile photo: Click Choose file, select an image (JPG/PNG/GIF, up to 5 MB), then press Upload Image. After it finishes, your photo updates and refreshes across Cadence Calendar (and in the account portal if enabled).
Confirm updates: After saving, you’ll see a small “Profile settings updated” check toast. If you changed your photo, you’ll see “Profile picture updated!” and it will refresh automatically.
Best practices:
Use your professional name and a clear headshot.
Double-check timezone before billing periods and bulk invoicing.
If an upload fails, ensure the file is under 5 MB and try again.
What changes affect: Your name and photo appear on invoices, account portal pages, and emails; your timezone controls how lesson times, invoice dates, due dates, and reminders are shown to you and your families.
